Yes, we offer real estate and home buyer services, like a pre purchase swimming pool inspection. We'll identify what equipment needs repair, replacement, or upgrade before making a purchase and potentially saving you thousands of dollars. We'll also do a visual inspection of the swimming pool plaster, concrete, deck, mastic, and coping. Our report will arrive in your inbox within 24 hours of the inspection and can be used in your negotiation with the seller. We don't inspect for concrete cancer (Alkali-Silica Reaction). However, if the pool has (sealed) cracks, we'll recommend getting clarification from the seller.

Yes, we can teach you about the mechanics of your swimming pool equipment, the relationship between chemicals in water, and how the entire system can be managed. We cap the lesson at about an hour. You can have weekly pool service and have an understanding of your swimming pool and spa. 

Yes, our repair technicians have an electrical license called a Texas Residential Appliance Installers License (RAIL). A TDLR RAIL  is the legal prerequisite to repairing, replacing, or installing a swimming pool pump, heater, timer, switch, light, automation system, air blower, chemical dispenser, UV sanitation system, heat pump and chiller, salt system, etc.

TDLR RAIL technicians have passed a four hour examination over the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Yes, we only work on residential, in-ground, swimming pools and spas.
